The idea in one paragraph

Loopcast watches the accounts you already publish to (we call them sources) and reposts what you make to other accounts (destinations). A workflow is one source paired with one destination, plus the rules for how posts should look and when they should go out. Once a workflow is on, you keep posting where you always do and Loopcast handles the rest.

Set it up

  1. Open Connections and connect the account you post to most, for example TikTok or a podcast feed.
  2. Connect at least one account you want to grow, for example YouTube or Instagram.
  3. Choose Create workflow in the sidebar. Pick the kind of workflow, then the source and the destination. Loopcast only offers pairs that work together.
  4. Decide how posts go out: as soon as possible, in weekly time slots, or only when you publish them yourself. See Auto publish or schedule, and time slots.
  5. Save. The first check for new content runs within a few minutes.

Note: By default a new workflow only picks up posts made after you create it. To bring older posts across, change Which content in the publishing settings, or open the workflow and choose Fetch all to import the back catalogue, then publish the ones you want.
