Auto publish on or off
With Auto publish on, Loopcast posts new content for you. With it off, posts wait in the workflow until you publish or schedule each one yourself, which is a good way to review everything for the first week.
As soon as possible or on a schedule
- As soon as possible: each post goes out shortly after it's picked up and prepared.
- On a weekly schedule: posts are dropped into the next free time slot. Add slots for the days and times your audience is most active.
Slots use your workspace time zone, which you can change in Settings. If more posts arrive than you have slots, the extras wait for the following slots in order.
New posts, old posts, or both
Under Which content, choose whether the workflow handles only new posts from now on, only what's already on the source, or both. When older posts are included you can choose the order and limit them to a date range. Older posts are spread out a few at a time so your destination account isn't flooded.
Publish or reschedule a single post
Open any post in a workflow or on the Calendar to publish it now, move it to another time, edit its caption, or cancel it. A post you schedule by hand shows Scheduled by you and isn't moved by the automatic schedule.
