Questions people ask
What counts toward the free trial?
You get 14 days or 10 published posts, whichever runs out first. During the trial you can connect one account per network.
What happens if I reach my monthly post limit?
We warn you at 80% and again when the limit is reached. New posts are paused until the counter resets on the 1st of the month, or right away if you upgrade. Nothing you already published is touched.
What does “accounts per network” mean?
How many accounts of the same kind you can connect. On Pro you could connect three Instagram accounts and three YouTube channels, for example.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Plan and billing, any time. Your workflows keep running until the end of the current period.
Do I need special access from each platform?
No. You sign in with your own account and approve what Loopcast can do. Some platforms limit posting to business or creator accounts; we'll tell you when that applies.
