What a template does

A template is a layout that Loopcast renders around your content: the canvas size (9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9), how the video fits (fill, fit, or fit with a blurred background), and elements such as a headline, text, your logo, shapes, a progress bar and captions.

Headline and text elements can include placeholders like {{title}} that are filled in from each post, so one template works for every video.

Create and use a template

  1. Open Templates and start from a blank canvas or one of the starter layouts.
  2. Drag elements into place. Upload a logo or background image if you want one.
  3. Save, then choose the template in a workflow's Settings under Template.

Audiograms

An audiogram is a video made from audio: a still background, the episode title and a moving waveform. Create an Audio to video workflow with a podcast source and a video destination, then pick an audio template. Each new episode is rendered into a video automatically.

Note: Full episodes can be long. For short-form destinations, cut the best moments with clips instead of posting the whole episode.
