Terms of service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Loopcast when you use the service. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what teammates and invited creators do there.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish through Loopcast. You give us permission to copy, reformat and post it only as needed to run the workflows you set up.

Only connect accounts and repost content you have the right to use. Each platform has its own rules; you agree to follow them too.

Fair use

  • No spam, no misleading or illegal content, no attempts to get around a platform's limits.
  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • We may pause workflows that put your connected accounts or the service at risk, and we'll tell you why.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case.

When things go wrong

Platforms change their rules and sometimes reject posts. We work hard to publish reliably, retry when it makes sense, and tell you when something fails, but we can't guarantee every post will go out. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your settings.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
