Available filters
- Only posts with these hashtags: a post needs at least one of them.
- Skip posts with these hashtags: any match means the post is skipped.
- Only posts containing these words and Skip posts containing these words: the same idea for words in the caption or title.
- Shortest video and Longest video: in seconds. Use these to keep long videos away from short-form destinations.
Filters live in the workflow's Settings under Filters. Matching ignores upper and lower case.
Seeing what was filtered
Filtered posts still appear in the workflow with the status Skipped. Open one to see which rule caught it. If a post was skipped by mistake, adjust the filter and publish that post yourself.
Tips
- Add a private hashtag such as #noloop to your source posts and skip it, so you can keep one-off posts where they are.
- Remove the original hashtags in Hashtags and add destination-friendly ones instead.
