Podcast and video RSS feeds
Paste the feed address (or an Apple Podcasts link) and give it a name. Loopcast checks the feed is readable before saving it. New episodes become content you can turn into audiograms or clips.
Note: If the feed is rejected, open it in your browser. If it doesn't load there either, your host may need to make it public.
Services that use an API key
Some services, such as HeyGen and a few podcast hosts, connect with a key you copy from their settings page instead of a sign-in window. Paste the key into the connection form; it is stored encrypted. If you later reset the key on their side, update it in Loopcast too.
Zoom and Webex recordings
Connect your account and new cloud recordings become available as sources, which works well with the Clips workflow for turning long calls into short moments.
Vimeo, Wistia, Twitch, WordPress and Dropbox
- Vimeo and Wistia work as sources and destinations.
- Twitch shares details of past broadcasts but not the files, so you attach the original as described in Sources that don't share the video file.
- WordPress can receive a new post (with the video or audio embedded) for each piece of content.
- Dropbox works like Google Drive: pick a folder to watch or to back up into.
