YouTube

Sign in with the Google account that owns the channel. If the channel is a Brand Account, pick it in the account chooser Google shows you. Channel managers who aren't owners may be refused by YouTube.

You can use YouTube as a source (new videos and Shorts) and as a destination. Video files from YouTube itself can't be downloaded through Google's API, so when YouTube is the source you'll attach the original file once per video. See Sources that don't share the video file.

Google Drive

After connecting, pick a folder. New videos and images you drop into it become content for your workflows, and Drive can also be a backup destination that receives copies of everything you post.

Google Business Profile

Pick the business location to post to. Posts appear as updates on your profile in Search and Maps.

Platform review

Platforms review apps like Loopcast before letting them post publicly for everyone. Until a review is complete, the platform itself may limit what we can do. Those limits are listed below so nothing surprises you.

  • Until Google finishes auditing our YouTube access, YouTube marks every video we upload as private. You can switch it to public in YouTube Studio. Daily upload volume is also capped by Google during this time.
  • Google may show an “unverified app” screen during sign-in while verification is pending. Continuing is safe; the screen only means the review isn't finished.
