Tag the right account on every platform
Keep each person's or brand's handle per platform in your tag library, and @mentions are swapped when a post moves between platforms.
Updated
How it works
In the tag library, add a person or brand and their handle on each platform (one handle per platform). When a caption written for one platform is posted to another, each @mention of a handle in the library is replaced with the same person's handle on the destination.
- If they have no handle on the destination, or the handle isn't in the library, the mention is posted as typed.
- For uploads and folders (which aren't written for a platform), a handle is only swapped when exactly one entry uses it.
- Email addresses and links are never changed, even when they contain an @.
- A workflow's own @mention rules (in its settings) win over the library.
Note: Only @mentions written in the caption, title or description change. Handles that appear in the video itself stay as they are, and Stories don't get mention stickers: apps can't add those.
Use Try it on the tag library page, or look at the Tags note when you publish a post, to see exactly what will change.

More in Workflows and publishing
- Build a workflowPick the kind of workflow, a source and a destination, then set how posts should look. Everything can be changed later.
- Auto publish or schedule, and time slotsChoose whether posts go out as soon as they're ready, in weekly time slots, or only when you publish them yourself.
- Filter what gets repostedOnly copy posts with certain hashtags or words, skip others, and set a minimum or maximum video length.
