Build a workflow
Pick the kind of workflow, a source and a destination, then set how posts should look. Everything can be changed later.

Kinds of workflow
- Repost: copy each new video, photo post or story from one account to another.
- YouTube Shorts: vertical videos, trimmed to fit when needed.
- Audio to video: turn podcast episodes into audiograms for video platforms.
- Video to audio: publish the sound of your videos as podcast episodes.
- Clips: cut long recordings into short moments and post those.
- Backup: save a copy of everything to a Google Drive or Dropbox folder.
Create one
- Choose Create workflow in the sidebar and pick a kind.
- Pick the source. If the account isn't connected yet, you can connect it without leaving the page.
- Pick the destination. Only destinations that can accept this kind of content are offered.
- Name the workflow so you can recognise it in lists and on the calendar.
- Choose how publishing works, then save.
Fine-tune it
Open a workflow and choose Settings to change the caption, hashtags, filters, template, intro and outro clips, burned-in captions, trimming and destination options such as who can watch. Changes apply to posts prepared after you save; posts already scheduled keep the settings they were made with.
To stop a workflow for a while, pause it from the same page. Nothing is checked or published while it's paused, and it picks up from the present when you resume it.
How many workflows can I have?
The free trial allows five workflows. Paid plans have no workflow limit. See What each plan includes.
