Open the clip editor
Go to Clips and choose a video or episode from any connected source. The editor shows a player, a timeline and the list of clips you've marked.
Mark clips
- By hand: play the video, set a start and an end point, give the clip a title and save it.
- From timestamps: if the description lists chapters such as “4:10 Pricing questions”, Loopcast turns each one into a clip that runs until the next timestamp. Ranges like “12:00 - 12:45” become clips exactly as written.
Short-form platforms have length limits. Keep clips under a minute for YouTube Shorts and Reels unless you know your account allows longer ones.
Publish clips
Choose Publish clips and pick a Clips workflow. Each clip becomes its own post and follows that workflow's template, captions and schedule, so a batch of clips is spread across your time slots instead of all going out at once.
