Teammates and agency creators
Invite people to help run a workspace, choose their role, and onboard creators whose accounts you manage on the Agency plan.

Invite a teammate
- Open Team settings and choose Invite a teammate.
- Enter their email and pick a role. They get an email with a link that works for seven days.
- Until they accept, they appear under Waiting to accept, where you can resend or withdraw the invite.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including billing and the team.
- Admin: the same day-to-day access as the owner, including billing and inviting people.
- Member: connections, workflows, clips, templates and the calendar. No billing or team settings.
Several brands or clients
One login can belong to several workspaces. Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. Each workspace has its own plan.
Creators on the Agency plan
Agencies can onboard creators without sharing passwords. On the Creators page, copy your creator invite link and send it to a creator. They sign up, connect their own accounts, and appear in your list for review. Once you approve them, you can use their accounts in your workflows.
Creators only ever see their own accounts in your workspace. If a link gets shared too widely, make a new one; the old link stops working and creators who already joined aren't affected.
