Remove one connected account
In Connections, open the account's menu and choose Remove connection. Its access token is erased right away, and workflows that use it stop.
Delete a workflow
Open the workflow's Settings and use Pause or delete. Scheduled posts from that workflow are cancelled. Posts already published on other platforms stay there; remove those in each platform's app.
Delete your whole account
- Open Account settings and choose to delete your account.
- Confirm. Any subscription is cancelled, every connection is removed, workflows stop, and stored media is deleted.
The full details, including what we ask our service providers to delete, are on the Delete your data page.
How long we keep media
Loopcast keeps copies of your media only as long as it needs them to prepare and publish posts, plus the files you upload yourself (originals, templates, logos). Deleting your account removes them.
